Actually, Porrim was frustrated because she was a Jade blood. Part of her whole feminist deal is the fact that Jade bloods are female only.

The key words being “almost entirely” and “predominantly”, both of which mean that an overwhelming percent are female, but that does not mean that a male jade blood cannot exist
