well, they were able to play the ghostbusters MMO, so I’m assuming. however, they still couldn’t contact anyone on the meteor during those three years

EDIT: all the computers seemed to be LAN connected in a separate room with a whole bunch of consorts and carapacians (and davesprite) so they were probably playing locally but otherwise no it doesn’t seem like they had any outward internet connection. probably because they were out of their session, which gave them internet while playing the game.
