Uhm, is there anything that clearly states Homestuck merchandise created by the fanbase cannot be sold to others due to copyright? (awe man if there's something in there saying something about that feel free to ignore this question!!)

AnonymousThat’s an assumption. There are many different sessions of the same game going on, it’s said, so I don’t see why a fansession can’t win (especially because it’s a fansession and you can do whatever you want with it)

Although that doesn’t quite help with answering your question, we can, at the very least, assume that the higher a troll’s blood, the tougher they appear to be (I use the word “appear” because — “In the same conversation, Aranea states that the trolls’ violent behavior is a result of Doc Scratch’s conditioning of their race, implying that the high-blooded trolls may not be as unstable as was previously thought.”)
