I don't remember most of Homestuck well, especially the early chunk, mostly just key events. I get really confused sometimes(i forgot the guardians existed for about two months) and I tried looking this up but I didn't quite understand it. How exactly does one go grimdark and why? we don’t know a lot about grimdark, but what we do know is that it comes from talking to horrorterrors–therefore derse dreamers have a predisposition to it, and it would be difficult for prospit dreamers to ever come into contact with a horrorterror
