For the quadrant questions; I'm pretty sure Hussie explained that trolls could only have one troll per one quadrant. Meaning you cannot be matespirts with your moirail. However I'm sure that there are instances where infidelity occurs - though against the rules of the quadrant system - and that is one of the reasons the auspistice quadrant is there; to intervene on any possible infidelities that might occur. Trolls CAN fluctuate but they still only occupy ONE quadrant at any given time.

the best part is that it isn’t even a joke. they served under the condesce and were in charge of keeping things nice and orderly amongst the land dwellers. they killed people, sent others to kill people for them, and stamped out rebellions and uprisings.
