karkat lives in a hive surrounded by the hives of others, each of which comes equipped with its own lawn ring. sollux lives in a communal hive stem, which is similar to an apartment building. aradia’s hive is in a rural area, and far from where sollux lives. tavros lives in a rural area as well. nepeta lives in a cave in an unspecified location. kanaya lives in a lush, green oasis in the midst of a desert.

terezi, as i’m sure you know, lives in a tree. vriska and equius live in similar hives on opposing cliffs. gamzee lives on the water’s edge. eridan lives in the wreckage of a sunken ship on a small island in the middle of the ocean. feferi lives in an underwater palace.

Has it been said in canon that dreamself clothes are pajamas? Do you think that I'll get too much shit if I make my fantrolls' Derse/Prospit clothes ACTUAL pajamas?

Considering all SBURB sessions happen in the Incipisphere which is itself in the Furthest Ring which, being outside of Universes, sort of messes up time, would it technically be possible to get from a Post-Scratch game session through the Furthest Rings to the Pre-Scratch session? Say, to before chronologically the Scratch is caused, thus maybe splitting the Scratch timeline and interrupted one?

possibly? but it would only cause an offshoot timeline and would not affect the scratching of the universe.

Crowsprite and Calsprite also couldn't talk.

correction: calsprite laughed continuously, as was his nature. he may have been able to talk. we don’t know.

no spritelogs with crowsprite were shown. it may or may not have been able to talk, but keep in mind that birds are generally considered less intelligent than animals such as cats and also lusii.

I was wondering, does it state or imply anywhere in canon that older trolls may or may not be able to grow facial hair?

Harlequinsprite could not talk. Becsprite could not talk. Jaspersprite could talk. All the lusiisprites could talk. Is there any pattern or condition as to what makes sprites able to speak normally, or is it just that the mentioned two sprites couldn't talk because it was funny?

it seems to me that harlequinsprite couldn’t talk because it was prototyped with an inanimate object. becsprite couldn’t talk because his powers as a first guardian seemed to cause some sort of adverse reaction within the sprite.

jaspers and the lusii were ordinary creatures, and were thusly able to talk. that’s my take on it, anyhow!

Is it just a coincidence that the knights helped the space players breed frogs, or was it stated some where in the comic that they were supposed to do this or that anyone could do it or that they were just friends helping each other in dave/jade and kanaya/karkat?

there’s nothing explicitly stated either way. it could be necessary, but i personally think it’s more likely a coincidence.

Maybe a stupid question, but here goes. I know there are gender specific classes, but can aspects be gender specific too? Heroes of Space and Life and more seem to have only been wielded by female players while Hope and Breath and more have only been wielded by male players.

not as far as we know, and i highly doubt that’s the case! it’s probably coincidence.

to the anon asking about multiple classes in a session: I like to think that it's possible, because if you recall, 48 squiddles created the troll universe. So either classes and aspects were duplicated, or there's like, 36 classes and aspects we've yet to be told about(the former is more plausible, I think)
