Hey hey, you know the 'They Wait' thing from Seer; Descend? Is there anything like that for the Alpha kids, in reference to the Nobles?

I don’t believe so! sorry : (

there is something kind of similar, though, in part 1 of myststuck

feel free to write your own “they wait” thing, though! they’re just one-sentence poetic descriptions, so they’re not really that complicated

This is basically the object of Sburb, right? You install the client, go into the Medium, kill Imps, make your way through the Gates, get to your Quest Bed and reach God Tier, kill your Denizen (who is basically the monster that is your internet browser- I'd have to kill the almighty Firefox), and get to Skaia. Am I missing anything? If I'm horribly wrong, can you please outline the basic chronology of an Sburb game?

actually, I have no clue! sorry.

too bad there isn’t some sort of…… WIKI PAGE that could conveniently explain all of this better than any of us could if you just took the time to google “sburb”.

Hello! I was wondering, do all sburb players have to have exiles? If yes, what is their role? I am making a fansession with a few friends and one of them keeps saying we ABSOLUTELY need exiles, but making a fan-carapace must be pretty complicated... Thank you for your time!

exiles are simply carapaces who, through shenanigans of some sort, go through skaia’s defense portals and end up on post-apocalyptic earth! I’m sure you don’t need them in order to have a successful session, but every session we’ve seen so far has had exiles (well, we don’t know about the beforans’ session, and caliborn’s dead session doesn’t have any exiles but dead sessions are a super special case)

you can read more about them on the handy dandy WIKI page that is a lot smarter than I am!

and as always……..

What are your opinions on each of the Beforan trolls?
Anonymous

the general consensus is that meenah is the best and most of the others don’t really matter

because that’s how we roll B)

if you dont mind, could you tell me where it was confirmed that nepeta was the rogue of heart? thank you in advance!!
on page 007659 arquiussprite misspells moirail? or is that intentional?

as andrew hussie, I can confirm that this was definitely intentional

What are the overall requirements for a session to be successful and what characteristics determine a certain class/aspect?

the only requirement is THE MASTERLIST

ok I thought I’d make an actual formal introductory post since this is my first day on the job!!

hi, my name is alex, but I guess I go by mod a here. you’ve probably seen me around here before, since before getting hired as a mod I spent a lot of time harassing the mods and making creepy flashes to scare the heck out of them! well, they got so tired of me bugging them that they figured if they made me do some of their work maybe I’d be more compassionate and understanding (I won’t, but it was a nice try).

but yeah, I’m here to answer asks and rip things! for the first time ever this blog has somebody who knows how to edit/use flash animations, so that’s kind of my unique “thing”

if you ever want to send me hateful messages where you doubt my adequacy as a mod, or you just wanna chat, you can find me over at oniune.co.vu!

( *`ω´)

If a session was scratched, and then the new session created from that scratch was scratched, would it be possible for the Trolls to get jumbled up where the new session is played by alternate versions of both post- and pre-scratch players? I'm not too clear on the science of scratching and ectobiology and such, so I just want to know if the rules in canon would contradict this possibility in any way, if that makes sense? I'm sorry if this is confusing ;_;

it’s doubtful that you could scratch twice, but if you did, then the players of the third session would most likely be the same as the players of the first session! it’d be a flip-flop dealio

but also

it’s your fansession, dooo wwhhaaatttt yyyooouuuuuuu wwwwaaaaaaaannnnnnnttttttttt

What program do you edit gifs with?

mod c and I both use GIMP! it’s free, multi-platform, and easy to use.
