Would there be exiles for every session an would they necessarily be the same as the ones shown in the comic?

exiles are primarily there to repopulate the planet that the players had left after joining the game (and after the reckoning is finished), so it’s safe to say that every session would have their own versions of exiles. i don’t think they’d be exactly like the ones we’ve seen so use your imagination!
