This is almost certainly be due to differing biology, as she was able to control the Courtyard Droll despite being in a different universe and game session, and Tavros’s powers were able to extend outside of his universe. However, it should certainly be taken into account that she appears to be able to control Hussie, an ability she uses to keep him from stalling the plot.

other planets would keep existing, yeah! in the kids’ universe, though, everything ended up getting destroyed by bec noir later on, so there were definitely no survivors there

oh yeah, when snowman died, the entire troll universe was destroyed too

lord english double-killed tons of ghosts in [s] caliborn: enter and they did not return to the dream bubbles

lord english seems to be the only one powerful enough to kill ghosts in dream bubbles, and when this happens they either cease to exist or go to some other afterlife (like the one from problem sleuth)
