i'm sorry if this is rude but!! thats not right. either calliope or caliborn was to take over the body as the dominant personality. caliborn came out on top, and thus took over the body and killed calliope in doing so! killing her dreamself has nothing to do with it

they hadn’t matured yet and caliborn didn’t want to wait for it to happen and for a dominant personality to naturally be picked so he cheated the system
Caliborn spent most of his life in a single room “together” with his other half Calliope. It is not until the dawn of their Sburb session that he breaks out of this situation.
By having Calliope’s dream self assasinated by Jack Noir he prematurely takes full control of their shared body. This dominance is visualized by his cheek marks turning into full red circles, as seen in his future self English.

Of the Beforan trolls, Rufioh, Mituna, Meulin and Cronus are confirmed to have lusūs naturae of the same species as their Alternian dancestors. Since Gl'bgolyb was exclusive to post-Scratch Alternia
, Meenah was probably raised by a member of some other fuchsia-blooded lusus species, like the one seen in Hivebent.

- eridan decides only way to survive is to join jack noir
- eridan asks feferi to join him, feferi refuses
- sollux realizes he has to stop eridan and challenges him to a duel, get’s KO’d
- feferi gets mad and attacks eridan, eridan kills feferi
- kanaya gets mad and attacks eridan, eridan kills kanaya
- kanaya later comes back and takes revenge in what may very well be the greatest sequence of panels in the entire comic
