The only Lord we've seen so far is Caliborn, in his dead session. Can Lords and Muses only play on dead sessions, or can Skaia choose a player of a normal session to be one of the Master Classes?

there has been nothing in canon about it, but considering the nature of the classes and their existence, I wouldn’t be surprised if master classes were exclusive to sessions with one or two people!

again though, I’m not 100% sure about that

Could I get some clarification? Are sea dwellers all violet? Are they all male? I recall seeing some fan art where sea dwellers were both female and male but others have said they are all male to act as a "drone" caste for the empress.

fuchsia blooded trolls are also sea dwellers!

violet blooded trolls have no gender restrictions as far as we know

Do we ever see the troll's dream rooms on prospit/derse? We can assume they had recuperacoons and not beds right? Everything else dream room related applies to troll rooms right? Just making sure ^u^

oh. also what exactly is Kartkat's blood color? That kinda confused me. and one more thing; Nepeta never calls Karkat "Karkitty" in canon right?

karkat’s blood color is candy red!

nepeta never calls karkat “karkitty”, although she does refer to him as “karcat”

What job would trolls like Aradia and damara be most likely to get??

they could be threshecutioners and (possibly??) scienstiffs, but because of their telekinetic abilities, other uses could probably be found for them, I don’t know :0

some alternian society stuff isn’t quite as fleshed out as it could be, turns out

um excuse me for my ignorance, but why is Karkat a mutant? I know he has mutant blood, but are there any other ways he qualifies (idk if thats the right word) as a mutant?

hey, no worries! karkat’s blood color is the only known way in which he is a mutant. if you mean why genetically, he shares genes with kankri/the sufferer, who also has blood of that color

Okay this is gonna sound super dumb and I apologize in advance for it, but. How come some mutations are considered okay on Alternia (Sollux's eyes, for example, also possibly the Summoner's wings), but Karkat's blood color would have had him executed? Was it simply because of the Signless? Had the Signless not existed, would Karkat still have to hide his color?

well, sollux hid his eyes beneath his glasses, and the summoner didn’t reveal his wings until after he had become the leader of the cavalreapers

the signless’ existence actually benefited karkat, as his followers prepared for karkat’s arrival and created a lusus specifically for him
