Didn't Caliborn decide he and Jake were going to be friends a while ago? Maybe Jake dies and out of some strange gesture of respect Caliborn decides to take Jake's name and make it known/feared throughout existence

From the wiki, about Frog Temples: "They are delivered to their host planets during the Reckoning and are the first meteors to arrive at the planet." Post-Scratch Human session didn't have a Reckoning, so where did the Frog Temple come from?
