I’ve been doing some research for the last couple weeks on blood colors that don’t pertain to the original 13 canon ones.  I created these notes in mind of the people who create fantrolls but have trouble with blood typing and don’t want to use the canon colors and would rather use a similar shade.  But by no means are my observations to be taken seriously; its just a little side project I did to help myself since I was having my own troubles figuring out colors for blood.

The chart I created below categorizes the canon bloods as well as the non-canon ones I’ve created.  The descriptions of each non-canon color are my own personal ideas.  They are meant to be a guide for those who want to create fantrolls but can be changed to suit the needs of the artist.  *Click the image for a larger view.  I’ve uploaded it to my DeviantArt
