Okay, so I got in an argument about this and now I'm doubting my own memory. Did Sollux ever canonly refer to Eridan as ED? And as long as I'm here, has Eridan ever called Sollux "Pissblood" in canon?
searching for sol and ed by themselves returns 0 results.
eridan doesn’t even refer to sollux directly, just skimming around saying his name by throwing out a mustard insult, saying ‘him’/’that guy’ or once calling him finless. sollux pretty much avoids the topic of eridan too, but uses ‘eridan’ when he has to.
that’s the answer we gave almost a year ago and i believe it’s still correct.
pissblood doesn’t seem to be canon, seeing as mustard was eridan’s chosen insult.

I just started re-reading Homestuck again and I'm only on act 3 so far but I've noticed that on several of the pages you'll notice a hand, for example in this one 002987, and I THINK if I remember correctly that's John's hand right? From when he was messing around with the err window thing that I forgot the name of. I'm not entirely sure why we keep seeing his hand though in so many of the panels in the past.
yes, this is exactly what it is.
it’s because he was messing with the window (the treasure). it seems to be a kind of gateway to different points in time? so john putting his arm through sent his arm to different points in time too.
in keeping with this, hussie went back and edited the pages to add the arm back in so that the continuity of the story remained. so john sticking his arm through canonically happened in past events. it’s pretty neat!

No offense , I mean, I really love the idea of this blog, but your answers are just so short. :( I kind of wish you would go into depth more and explain things, maybe even with examples. Like the question about what jade bloods have as a lusus. You literally only wrote "no." Couldn't you explain that? Because it doesn't make sense to me...
Anonymouswhen i decided to finally go through the ask box earlier, we had 170-some messages. we do go in depth sometimes, but lately, none of us have really had the time (or patience, in some cases). please keep in mind that three of us are university students and finals are coming up–we don’t particularly need or want to spend time elaborating on stuff like this when we have more important things to be doing.
in any case, you’re always welcome to ask for elaboration if it’s necessary. sometimes, if it’s a simple question, we will answer with a word or two because that’s all that’s needed.
anyway, i don’t see what doesn’t make sense. not every jade blood can have a mother grub lusus. not all trolls have the same lusus.
